Design:Horizontal Bed Type Machining Centre HP-63P is a modern, precision, numerically controlled machinetool designed for efficient machining the workpieces made of steel, cast iron, aluminium and other materials. Feed action in three axes X,Y and Z is provided by pre-tensioned recirculating ball screws,driven by directly coupled AC servo motors. Rotary table with pallet vice (B-Axis) is driven by AC continuous drive motor. The minimal programmable angular setting of the table : 0,001 of arc degree. Steel hardened precision finished guideways guarantee smooth motion of opposite surfaces lined with Turcite-B resin.
Numerical Control:HP-63P Machining Centre can be equipped as per Customer preference with SIEMENS Sinumerik 840D, Heidenhain TNC426 and TNC530 or other controls.
Spindle and feed drives:Spindle (50-5.000 rpm) is driven by AC SIEMENS
Simodrive 22 kW motor with 430 Nm torque.Feed drive is transmitted by three separate AC servo motors SIEMENS with Simodrive control.
Air through spindle system:The air blast prevents chips from contaminating the spindle taper during the tool change cycle.
Measuring system:Three axes X,Y and Z are equipped with linear measuring scales Heidenhain, the B axis is provided with direct impulse rotary encoder Heidenhain. The spindle is equipped with rotary impulse encoder enabling to set the tool cutting edge at a required angle to the machined hole surface.
Tool magazine:The center is equipped with 33 tools chain type, bi-directional tool magazine located on the column of the machine. Option - 50 tools.
Pallet changer:Machining Centre HP-63 P is manufactured as a standard with two stations rotary pallet changer for fast workpiece change and cycle machining time saving
Electrical Cabinet:Electrical cabinet is free standing. A machine control panel is built in the cabinet. Machine is designed to accept variety of control brands with emphasis on Siemens 840D and Heidenhain TNC 530. All servomotors and drives are Siemens 1FT6 and series with 611D drives.
Automatic lubrication:Oil lubrication of guideways and drives in all axes is effected by means of centralized system of automatic lubrication.
Tool cooling system:The machine is equipped with six adjustable coolant nozzles located around the spindle to dissipate heat generated during cutting and to minimize tool wear. Coolant tank, coolant tray and effective coolant pump are supplied as a standard feature.
Coolant through spindle 17 bar:Coolant flows through an internal tool passage directly to the tool tip. This system is effective for tool cooling and chip disposal during deep hole machining.
Chip removal: Chip conveyors are provided as a standard feature.
Splash guards: The fully enclosed machine guards, complete with roof, prevent coolant from splashing. The front doors separating the pallet changer from the machining area are opening and closing automatically. Access to the working area is possible through side doors equipped with electrical lock
